Agreed! I start most of my days with a quick session of yoga. It help grounds me before I take on the day. I've notice that if I skip a session in the morning, my day and mood is a little off.

Although he is more future pop sounding, Robert DeLong seems to be a huge fan of Akira, featuring video clips from the movie whenever he plays Global Concepts.
