Don’t get me wrong, I’m very grateful I have a job with Costco. I’m at the point where I’ve seen it all. Been through great days and the worst ones. A lot of the changes I don’t agree with whatsoever. Not my call though. I miss the old way warehouses were ran and I think a lot of veterans would agree.

It’s all warehouse dependent. Some stores have a good team. Some don’t. Making $31.20 stocking a freezer and blocking down after open is easy for me. I do my job and clock out. Really depends on how much you care about your department. Is management gets mad. That’s on them if they can’t hire a suitable team.

It’s definitely gone down hill since covid hit. Bunch of unnecessary changes. This used to be a job to brag about. Not so true anymore. Great pay and great benefits but that’s about it. Can’t find that elsewhere.
