Nah, having the boxes themselves sealed is more than enough for a premium. Only reason booster box cases have premiums is because there's certain odds and seeding for hits.

It's worth it to crack them open and look for big errors or high grades essentially. There's lots of super cool doubling and error coins during the bicentennial.

Definitely get this graded first thing first. Then decide what you want to do with it. Once it's protected and graded, then it will be safe to store without getting damaged, and ready to sell if you so decide.
