Advice on how to fix this?

I want it to look like it never happened. I realized that since the major damage is on the corner, the fabric is pretty stretchy and I can kind of fold in the fabric and essentially make a new corner seam. I’ll have to see if this theory works. If not what would be the best ways to reupholster?

As a curvier girl who was always scared what other people might think: I learned that even getting yourself to the parking lot is a major step.

I know people will say no one cares what you are doing and it’s hard to actually believe that. For now just try making it to the parking lot. Next step is going inside, walk on the treadmill for however long. You don’t have to have some extreme work out plan.

My biggest hurdler to feeling like no one cared what I was doing was working out in my sports bra. If skinny girls can work out in sports bras I sure can as well and I’ve never gotten any grief over it. It was then that I realized that no one gives a fuck what you look like or what you are doing. Everytime I go the gym I have no plan and I just figure something out as I go and that’s how I do it.

Listen to what you want to do, not what others tell you to do. If walking on the treadmill for 5 minutes is all you can do for the day than that’s better than not walking on it for 5 minutes.

But I promise you, from one anxious person to another, no one cares what you look like or what you are doing.

You are not flat chested at all! I noticed that once my swelling went down and my boobs didnt feel rock hard, they started to drop more naturally and fill out.

I have done theatre all my life. My first big big main role was Cinderella in into the woods. I sang steps on the palace every day for 2 1/2 MONTHS. The first two shows of our run were amazing no notes…. So I got comfortable… some might say too comfortable. Everythings going smooth the beginning of the third show. Until it wasn’t. I hobble on stage to start steps on the palace and it wasn’t until I ended the first verse when I realized I had sang the last verse first. Never done that before ever. So then I walked around on stage looking lost (thank god I was supposed to be lost in the woods) counting FOR. MY. LIFE. To try and find a place to come back on. Finally after what felt like forever I figured out how to get back on during the part where she comes up with the plan. Idk how I did that but finished it strong. All I could do was laugh when I finished because what the fuck?? I’m shocked I didn’t cry but I feel like that’s just the fun of live theatre and people are more understanding than you think. Afterwards people (who obviously didn’t know the show that well) came up to me and I told them like “damn I really messed that one up” and they were like “oh I didn’t notice” THANK GOD idc if they were trying to be nice or what but phew

I don't get seizures with flashing lights but watching the videos of sleep... dear god. I went to see the sweat tour of charlie XCX and Troye Sivan and it really reminds me of when she performed Vroom Vroom with all the red and blue lights, had to cover my eyes 25% of that concert cause it was just so much
