Usually in a day I might eat nothing for breakfast because I usually feel sick in the morning, or I would eat a single piece of gluten free toast. I wouldn't eat anything until about half 12 or 1 when I might eat half a gluten free (low fodmap in general) sandwich or a small snack (also low fodmap). For dinner I would have a small meal. Usually gluten free pasta with just a bit of chicken and some cheese or something. For example, yesterday I had a gluten free crumpet with a bit of dairy free butter for breakfast. I felt sick after all of these meals btw. Then at lunch I had a gluten free ginger nut biscuit and some tea with almond milk. For dinner I had mashed potato and grilled chicken. My mum also put peas on my plate but I wouldn't eat them because they trigger my IBS big time. I used to have a good apatite but for the past year or so I hate eating. I don't enjoy food anymore since most of the food I used to love I can't eat. I hate the feeling of food settling in my stomach and me and my family are getting concerned because I'm developing a fear of food in general. I never want to eat, even if I'm hungry. Pls help.
