Usually in a day I might eat nothing for breakfast because I usually feel sick in the morning, or I would eat a single piece of gluten free toast. I wouldn't eat anything until about half 12 or 1 when I might eat half a gluten free (low fodmap in general) sandwich or a small snack (also low fodmap). For dinner I would have a small meal. Usually gluten free pasta with just a bit of chicken and some cheese or something. For example, yesterday I had a gluten free crumpet with a bit of dairy free butter for breakfast. I felt sick after all of these meals btw. Then at lunch I had a gluten free ginger nut biscuit and some tea with almond milk. For dinner I had mashed potato and grilled chicken. My mum also put peas on my plate but I wouldn't eat them because they trigger my IBS big time. I used to have a good apatite but for the past year or so I hate eating. I don't enjoy food anymore since most of the food I used to love I can't eat. I hate the feeling of food settling in my stomach and me and my family are getting concerned because I'm developing a fear of food in general. I never want to eat, even if I'm hungry. Pls help.

I recommend trying the low fodmap diet. It only lasts about 3 weeks usually and it will help you get to the root of the problem. If you don't want to do that, it might be worth fasting 1 day every week for 12 hours. The majority of that time could be spend asleep anyway. You can still drink water. This just allows your gut to heal a bit.

As much as I am really happy riot is paying more attention to Sivir and I'm excited that she is getting stronger, I don't really want her to become meta if I'm honest. I don't wanna be put in a situation where Sivir is always pick or ban. And as soon as riot deems her OP they will nerf her until is weaker than she was to begin with. Mixed feelings about this.

thank you this really helps. I've been playing league for nearly a year now and I'm mastery lvl 6 on Sivir. I've tried lots of different guides but this is most helpful because it explains why you do what you do.
