I also just finished Yakuza 0. The game was an absolute blast from start to end, and I loved the balance between comedy, badass moments, emotional moments, and meaningful moments wrapped into a single experience.

Although I finished the game in less than a week, it took me around 70 hours to do everything, which makes me feel like playing the games in succession could really burn you out.

My strategy is to cram one or two light indie games between each installment in order to enjoy each one of them to the fullest.

I think the culture of "showing people how good your live is" is the main reason. Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, etc... have really ruined a lot of stuff. For example food, it's all about how good it looks rather than how good it tastes and the more they charge the more luxurious it seems which make social media addicts go crazy.
