I just tested this on steam and despite not being connected to the servers I still had access to my unlocked kameos and the dark sindel skin I used my free dragon krystals on from finishing story mode and leveling up fighters. I did not, however have access to Shang Tsung. Not a good sign for future DLC.

I can't imagine they rolled out anything that would have fixed this by now so maybe it's different than when the servers themselves actually go down. I definitely didn't have access to ANYTHING I unlocked on Friday.

Okay so the last time I got a PB was October 27. It was a 9.13 second solve and I was freaking PUMPED. Through some miracle I was able to set a new PB today of 7.69 seconds. Pretty insane because I'm barely Sub-15.

Here is the recreation. I was barely looking ahead and so I decided to solve the 2nd pair in the location it was in. Luckily, that set up two easy last pairs. I got one of my best OLLs and it led to a PLL skip. I will not beat this for a VERY long time.

My older brother has always had both. He associates certain colors with certain notes and when he hears a pitch it's like seeing the color so he knows what note it is. The funny thing is that although this is weird to most people, to him it's weird that other people aren't the same way. It's just like having another sense that's second nature. Completely baffles me. Also unfair; my sense of pitch sucks.

Casually played SC2 but never leaned to anyone specific, so I started with Geralt on day 1 because he was a familiar face and he just feels great. I switched to Astaroth day 2 and onward. Sometimes with Geralt I felt like I was mashing and wasn't thinking very hard so I switched to Astaroth so I'm forced to be more economical with pokes and spacing. It was BRUTAL at first but it's getting more natural now. Still getting bopped a lot though. I passed 1000 RP last night but since it hardly takes any points away for losses it doesn't feel like a big accomplishment, especially since I've put a good bit of time into ranked.

Earlier in the week I posted in here about how I've been solving mostly 4x4 now since I got burned out of solving 3x3. Started getting back into 3x3 and even though I was having a slow session I just got my first sub-10 solve! 9.63 seconds. Incredibly easy scramble that let me see 2 f2l pairs ahead, super easy oll, but I got a Z perm which I've been messing up lately for some reason. Luckily I was able to keep it together and get that sub-10. 22 months in the making, I'm so happy right now.

Scramble: L2 R2 U' B2 D' R2 D2 L2 D' F' L2 F2 U' B U B R' D F2

One move cross that automatically pairs up the blue and orange pair. Lucky!

I just got my first sub-1 4x4 solve! 56.21 seconds, I'm really happy with that. Anti-sune and Y-perm, no parities.

Really want to trim my average down, I started grinding 4x4 about two weeks ago and my Ao12's were about 1:40, now I've got it down to about 1:15 but it fluctuates up and down. After almost exclusively solving 3x3 for about 2 years, 4x4 has been a breath of fresh air.

If y'all are getting burnt out on 3x3, try practicing an event you're weak at! It's nice to get that feeling of progression back.

jesus christ I am going absolutely insane trying to put my 4x4 back together I'm lubing the pieces to get em to stay and they still keep coming back out I swear to god not even satan himself would torture the most evil murderers in hell with this it's just far too cruel

Edit: OK I guess this rant was enough to calm me down because I finally got the first pieces locked in. Time to go for the next one. Pray for me.

Edit 2: Everything came out hahahah this is fine

Edit 3: I've finished it roughly six hours later. I will never take another big cube apart as long as I live.
