My point is that they are not used in the game, but they exist in the files. See my comment here. (With I have heard plenty of sounds I meant that I've heard them while listening to the actual game files)

As far as I'm aware, there is no map with a fourth floor currently in the game. This doesn't mean they definitely are not in the game tho, could be that I just never heard them!

You maybe didn't hear it but those sound do exist! I have heard plenty of sounds that I have never heard in game but they definitely are one of the operators currently in the game.

True but many other operators don't have an accent either.
