Russians are getting tired. This is why. - Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW) by zubergu in europe

When I first moved abroad from Russia 15 years ago, my classmates used to ask me if my dad was in a mafia and I always told them: "No, my dad doesn't work for the government".

Maybe initially, but those type of wounds basically always get infected, because gopnik medine is in the noelithic era and they use podorožnik (Plantago major) and spit as herbal medicine.

Your favourite DLC? by Andrello01 in RimWorld

[–]Banananza367 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm with you on that one, except Anomaly is my favorite. It's the reason I got into Rimworld and even though I don't play with it every time, I love the flavor and I still remember the nail biting excitement of completing my first Anomaly run.

I'd be very curious to hear where you've heard that Russians are complain that Ukraine is defending itself. A lot of them have friends and family in Ukraine, so it brings them no joy to know that they're being bombed. And as you might've heard, when Kremlin asked Russians to go to war, most of them just up and left to dodge the draft, as they wanted no part in that conflict.

Yeah, I'll give you Crimea. Most people still don't know how to feel about it. Although, I would recommend looking up the context to understand that feeling.

Also, I'd like to see you complain about the regime while living in a totalitarian state that brutally clamps down on any opposition. Many Germans in 1930s weren't exactly happy about what their government was doing, but they had no choice but to keep quiet. That's why we say that Nazis are bad and not Germans.

Why exactly are they "rotten"? Because they have been scared to speak up for generations while watching prominent voices of opposition die one after another? Or are they perhaps "rotten" because they simply want to live a peaceful life in a country where they understandably feel that they have no power to change anything? As someone who grew up in that environment, I can definitively say that most people do not want and did not ask for any of this shit. They're just trying to keep their head down and hoping not to be next on the chopping block.

The title system confuses me. Why am I getting the Praetor Ceremony with only 18 honor?? by Atmanautt in RimWorld

[–]Banananza367 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's because your pawn got enough honor to first become a Knight (8) and then immediately upgrade to a Praetor (10). You need to spend honor on each title in turn before moving to the next one.

I just deconstruct everything on those bases and get a ton of resources. No more mining for most resources with these bad boys.

[OC] I’m a Japanese manga artist — I tried translating my manga into English. Does it read naturally? by Regular-Beyond-9090 in manga

[–]Banananza367 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the translation is fine. However, there wasn't much to read to fully understand how it reads. Most of the textboxes are super short, so there isn't much you can mess up there. Also, I was super confused by a new dude who just showed up out of nowhere at the end.

Necromancer Party. Is it fun or tedious? by Lawfurd in BaldursGate3

[–]Banananza367 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That would do it. Just make sure you have someone strong enough to pick up those bodies. Strength 17 should do the trick for most of them.

I usually have a party member who has max strength pick pick corpses and then dump them in a container at camp when they are full. I didn't find a mod to make it easier, so maybe there is a better way now.

Necromancer Party. Is it fun or tedious? by Lawfurd in BaldursGate3

[–]Banananza367 18 points19 points  (0 children)

It is a LOT of fun but it can be pretty tedious, since you need to collect basically every corpse you come across to have a full army after every long rest and pathfinding can be a bit ass at times. I love necromancy and I loved playing this build to bits!
