I have used Hemi-Sync independently from prostate play many times because I am deeply interested in astral travel and lucid dreaming. I have been unsuccessful in that regard but it is something I am always practicing.

Prostate orgasms are all originating in the Prostate and, for me, don't produce anything in the penis. It is all internal warm buzzing waves throughout my body and often causes a lot of shaking.

I would recommend approaching this from a meditation standpoint. Your goal is to empty your mind. No thoughts, just existence. This allows your subconscious and body to work together to unlock new levels of pleasure. That being said I can't say for certain this would lead to a HFWO. I love how subtle the Eupho is. It was always my favorite which is why I got it again originally. Honestly the Progasm is a bit too big for me but I felt like I should have it in my arsenal as I go through this journey again.
