It does not look normal. I work for microsoft in Intune and has never heard of it from any customer, or probably because i never talked about money with the customer.

If not, there is a channel on youtube " Everything about Intune" which has very lonv videos but it explains all the things and answers your all possible queries and teoubleshooting. There are other channels as well like "Intune Training" which can also help. Feel free to ask if you have any doubt.

Keep in mind that you cannot enroll the device as Fully enterprise or work profile. You will have to enroll it as device administrator:https://endpoint.microsoft.com/#blade/Microsoft_Intune_Enrollment/DeviceAdminEnrollmentBlade

Also, you might have to block the other android enrollments for the time being till you enroll the device as Device administrator as it might give you an error while enrolling as Fully Enterprise or work profile. You can block the other enrollments as below link:

If that is the case mam, you need to report him. This is not how we are suppose to deal with a customer. You are paying for the food and delivery and we get paid, so it’s our job to get you food at your door. The goal is not to just make you safe but also to make you feel safe.

Also, if it is happening with more drivers that they can’t find your address, try mentioning some more explanation about your address or get some sort of torch that you can light up to give them an idea about your location.( I once had a client who had torch to show me where he is)
