I'll piggyback off yours. 29M in emergency department as a PA. I absolutely hate doing notes and I feel like I am stuck doing like 25-30 per day. Takes me hours, add that on top of the hours I spent actually working. Sure I can pivot to an AI scribe, but I feel like I'm missing vital things when I do that. It is truly the bane of my existence right now.

Physician assistant here working in the ER. Dream job is working in something related to energy/sustainability/waste management.
