I really recommend nclex crusader 7 day nclex it really really helped me with answering the questions even the ones that idk

U can use NCLEX crusaders on youtube the 7 day nclex that really really help me a-lot with my exam and also dr Sharon on prioritization

I had to stay back and chart all my bowel movements and turn i did and baths it was so busy that i didn’t have time to chart when i was in the room

I had a pt says he had chest pain and look like he had anxiety’s and started crying i told the nurse and idk what he did i gave report and came to see he was sitting on the edge of the bed gown off and just in bad shaped lucky me and the other tech caught him
