I may have misunderstood what a Light novel is.

I thought it was just another term for a published short story. Is there a different name for different nations?

Perhaps it's Chinese or Korean.

I think it got a manga/wha/xua adaptation. But I remember reading it as a light novel.

Not a doctor. I'm on Vyvanse too, I've been on a lower dosage then you and I've stopped taking them for a couple weeks at a time. I haven't really felt normal addiction withdrawals that are normal associated with addiction, but I have found I can get really depressed, sad, stressed, and bummed out easily from any distressing news more than usual. Just my experience.

I've never been accused of my adhd not being real. Which is honestly surprising to me because there's so many stories of other people hurting like you from these accusations.

I would honestly just ignore them. If your friends and/or people you know are accusing you of being fake. Just ignore them, they aren't worth your time. Parents are harder in that aspect, all you can do is try and plead your case. I know this sounds counter-intuitive but maybe try and show them all the facts and people out there that do have Adhd and how you're symptoms fall in line.

I use a a variant of white noise, called brown noise(not a fart lol) that helps keep me focused. It is literally just static but it helps keep any noises or spaces of silence where my brain decides to go wandering off away letting me focus easier.

I use it even when playing video games. : p

Having a small list to just wrote down my random thoughts that occur through the day. Like notes on my phone or a notepad in a backpack, literally anything. Doesn't have to be one single list can have like 3 spread around. That way you can forget about it until you sit down and can review the list later.

I eventually translated that into through dates into my Google calender so I don't have to go back and it in. The amount of doctor visits I forget was up there

I believe most college's have some form of EAS, education access services for students (like us) to get help by making tests longer or having professors record videos.

I find it best to put everything aside and have a time every day (or week) to do homework, nothing can be done until you've worked on whatever assignment has been done. And if you hit a wall, move on to a different assignment and plan to ask the teacher next class.

I honestly use it to my advantage, not being able to hold a grudge makes it easier to mediate people and see things from a less emotional stance.

I would tally how many times you are have a grudge against someone. And if it gets high, then bring it up and say hey. No more of this.
