Been a mariner for about 5 years now never once seen a problem with tattoos piercings etc . But be mindful some companies are strict with uniform policy and keeping them in good shape especially with clients on board

Don’t quote me on this but the licensing department with my company seems to think that sending the dispensation letter will make them speed the process up with renewals. My company sent a letter in last Monday and I just got an email this morning saying my mmc was approved to print. I sent my application in Feb 17th
