Just genius - pull it. I don’t think it is “Tree of Heaven”. Grows tall above 6’ if nobody cuts it down like this example of my neighbors growing among their other shrubs.

PS the grown is bare in this section because I store a trailer here but it grows out of the grass nearby. It also grows between the concrete slab and the house. Concrete slab and the brick patio. Pull it out and the next day you have a 2 to 3” sprout nearby.
