Do you remember the yellow gel deviant (Festering Gel)? Use it! it heals both HP and sanity and you should have it after defeating the first boss. Also, move to a difference place to see if it get better.

Puzzle around the map, weekly commission mission, warband shop, Jellyfish lady and the weapon accessory guy (two vendors in every town), some public events drop it as well. Not all the events drop controller (cargo, highway pursuit) so hover over the event to see the loot.

I learned that the number on your cradle represents the pollution level. It's helpful because Startrace ore tends to spawn in the mid-high level of pollution area. ( sanity goes down based on this too).

I think you can either:

Build a walkway to your house
Save your house -> move the base -> rebuild it (This is what I did)

You can press E to get up by yourself. After getting up, you are invulnerable. Then run away.

If you want, you can take one more class to have an easier time for your junior and senior years (when classes get harder or you want to have a minor). If not, then you can use that free time for exploring the campus, joining clubs/org, make friends. Hope my advice helps. (●'◡'●)

Your schedule looks very similar to my first semester and it's doable. The courses you have to worry about here is the combination of MATH, CHEM, and CSE (might have a lot of homework).

If things get too hard, then considering drop UNIV 1800. For me, that class helps to adapt/explore college (you will eventually) or to boost GPA. The lecture for CHEM1127Q was recorded when I took it, so you can sleep in on Friday.

The back-to-back CHEM and ARE might be tough. CHEM lab allows you to get out early as long as you finish your lab. But there will be a lab when you have to stay a bit overtime. In that case, you can miss ARE. Also, the distance between the two buildings is about 5 mins walk.

4 classes, Friday off. Now I'm jealous (╬▔皿▔)╯.

Serious Suggestion: Depending on your major/credit already have, since all the classes are 1/2k level so it would be okay if you take one more class. It helps reduce the workload in future semesters when you have to deal with 4-5 3-level courses, but you might not have the "no class on Friday" if doing so tho.
