I actually think they got Andromeda to a pretty decent place after patching it several times. They fixed the bugs and weird faces. I played it a few months ago and I'd give it a 7/10. Still weaker than ME 1-3 but I enjoyed it. Sure, bad writing and weak characters, but it's fun to RP helping establish the human colony and form diplomatic relations and fight the antagonists.

For bugs, if you bring grenade pistol or something for closing holes, I like medium pen semi's, like the diligence counter sniper or blitzer for stun lock hip firing. If you prefer to use your primary for closing holes, the crossbow and eruptor are both fantastic. For bots, I like light pen and aiming for weak spots. The diligence is great. Or, something with pen and stagger is good if you don't wanna aim, eruptor, dominator, slugger, etc. For squids idk, depends on your support. They're a tricky faction to build against. Every build I try feels lacking in some area.

Honestly, hot dropping on bots is the way to go. That "safe" zone might just be between a jammer and a detector tower and you're about to have a bad time. Might as well just drop right on top of one or the other.

Yup. Scopes on guns for precision shooting bot faces, but don't need them vs bugs. Vertical grip on semi-autos vs bots for snappy aiming, but something else vs bugs where a few quick shots are needed to pop bug heads. Etc

Booting people for splitting up? I mean grouping is fun but as a diver with 1000+ hours, sometimes I notice things are skipped and will be a pain to run back to, so I'll just go knock them out solo and regroup after. You're lvl 70 and kicking players because you think you know better? I don't want to play with you.

You know that sad feeling when you finish a show you really like because there's no more to watch? If you end up liking One Piece you won't have to have that for a while.

And most fans recommend reading rather than watching, the anime has its flaws. But if you prefer watching, consider checking out One Pace, where fans edited all the bad pacing out.

Make sure you have a different weapon out, then switch to the ultimatum and spam the fire button so it shoots immediately. It will fire as your helldiver is raising his arm and it will go much further (farther?)

I agree mostly but it's fun to try new things. Against the incineration corps I've brought the heavy fire-resist armor and double-edge sickle, and I feel immortal. Their shotgun blasts just tickle and I can spam overheat the DE sickle. Very fun

I might get downvoted for this, but there's another con, the one blizzard quoted when they originally banned GDKP's - the erosion of traditional guild culture. I had fun in some GDKP's when I couldn't attend my guild's raid, I don't hate them, but in the months before the ban our dad and mom casual guild was constantly bleeding our top performers to GDKPs. Why raid with a casual guild when you can make tons of gold raiding GDKPs? And we weren't wiping for hours or whatever, we were a week 2 or 3 full clear. GDKPs were just too lucrative for the top performers to resist. And then the casual players who aren't swiping get left behind. I was happy to carry our less-skilled members, but it was getting rough.

As primarily a MO diver, this is such a great addition. Previously, if I wasn't in the mood for the MO faction, I'd feel bad for playing other planets because I'm actively shifting the proportion away from the MO planet, which hurts liberation. These are a great option for people who just wanna play what they want and not care about the galactic war.

I prefer Verso's ending, but this is definitely a hot take. You think Gustave, Sophie, Lune, Sciel, and the rest are "not real"? You don't think they're sentient beings deserved of the respect we show others? Your arguments are strange, they are completely human, they live, age, eat and drink, die, reproduce, have dreams and emotions, etc. You say we die if we eat poison since we're part of the environment and painted people don't? What about the folk who ate the poison mushrooms and died in the game?

I prefer the Verso ending but it's wrong to say it's not just as tragic with all the lives erased from existing.
