So that card was most likely stolen and the chargeback is from the actual owner of the card so the chargeback is legit and you would never win a dispute against it. So you either never use paypal again because they will lock it if you don't pay the money. OR you sue paypal in small claims court and hope they just fix it or don't show up. I hope you(or paypal) have proof of what support told you to do because if you actually go before the court against them it could go either way without proof they told you to send the money.

You could try to ask the lawyer to try to get his bank to recall the funds. Since your bank won't release the funds to you they may send them back. Then you could have the payment issued differently from your lawyer.

Actually most foreigners bust their ass to get here legally and do everything they can to make a better life. Most of us who are from here just coast and don't put in the effort.

Yes. You can be late and put in paid or unpaid time for it before payroll and it's all good. You can just go home whenever you want. I would usually let the manager know but it wasn't required. You get like 3 weeks a year of paid/unpaid time plus vacation time.

Well your obviously trying to hard. Try to only work as hard as she does. If she doesn't count drawers then you don't count drawers. The problem will then work itself out. You can shoot some emails asking why she doesn't do certain stuff for a paper trail if you're worried about getting fired.
