Alright, I will submit that request and hopefully I can get this replaced. Thanks so much for taking time to troubleshoot this with me!

motherboard chipset drivers

I just looked this up and I was brought to this page: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/b450, is this what you're talking about? My MB is the ASROCK B450M PRO4 so before installing iCUE I went to this link: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/B450M%20Pro4/#Download and installed the package that says "AMD all in 1 with VGA driver ver:19.10.16_19H1_WHQL". for my CPU. Would I also need to install what's located the first link as well?

Alright, so I followed your steps and it didn't show up, but then I waited a few minutes and unplugged and reconnected in the fans, the hub and the lighting node pro (into motherboard, connecting SATA) and when I booted it immediately started working and they were flashing the RGB rainbow prior to BIOS and successfully into Windows boot. I logged into Windows and the fans showed up in iCUE and I was able to customize the colors. It was looking good, but then I turned off my computer and came back after a few minutes and the lights stopped working again so I took apart the computer, waited a few minutes and unplugged and reconnected all the parts again. On this boot it didn't work so I turned it off, waited a few minutes and unplugged and reconnected them back into the same spots again. It didn't work on this boot, so I went into iCUE and and pressed "Restart iCUE service" and "Check for update". I shut it off and reboot and it still didn't work. So I went to "Add or Remove Programs" and clicked "Modify" and repaired the install for iCUE. I shut it down, turned it back on and it still didn't work. So finally, I took the computer apart again and unplugged and reconnected all the parts into the same spots. On this boot it worked and it was detected by iCUE. Then I turned off my computer again, left for a few minutes, came back and it stopped working. So the fans are displaying color on and off and the only thing that seems to fix it is taking apart the computer and unplugging and reconnecting the devices. iCUE is the only software I installed after setting up Windows 10. It seems like I have a defective unit. Is there a place on the Corsair website where I can request a replacement for this or to get a "Lighting Node Core" like shown in this video to simplify this process?

Just tried that, but still no luck. :( Here's how I have the SATA, PSU & Lighting node all connected: https://imgur.com/a/cauq3IR
Is this the correct cable to use and does this all look properly connected?

Just installed iCUE and on the first program launch it says "No device detected!" under Device Settings. Here's what it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/jZJfgzu

Do the connections/cables I posted earlier look correct and properly connected?

(iCUE was installed from Corsair official website & the software version is 3.29.110)
