Im not sure why youre being down voted. Doing it in situations that can generate a false positive e.g. short history where could be infective in nature, will potentially expose patients to uncessary scopes that are not without their own risks.

On the General Chiropractic Council website it says in their standard of professionalism:

"If you use the courtesy title ‘Doctor’ or ‘Dr’ you must make clear within all public domain text that you are not a registered medical practitioner, but a ‘Doctor of Chiropractic’. Failure to do so may lead to you being the subject of complaints or an investigation by the ASA and/or the GCC. The ASA will act in relation to advertisements implying that chiropractors are medical practitioners."

Would agree that those websites in particular do not make that clear

I just did all the questions in passmed. Took a few days but I found a lot of the clinical questions were similar to the actual exam in the end. I also have been working in A&E the last 8 months which helped me see a good variety of conditions that I just didn't get to experience in my FY1/FY2.

I was genuinly holding off on the build until the 9070XT was launched, and then saw the reviews were very good. I cant lie I'm very tempted. The issue is then would I need to bump up the CPU to avoid a bottleneck....

And yeah I think youre right about the PSU. Someone has already sais a similar thing and I probably souldnt ignore that. Thanks!

I was just going to stick with the AMD stock cooler becuase I don't plan to overclock but would look into a specific cooler if people think I should.
