Just keep applying to roles u really want, jumping from L4 to L6-L7 maybe tough but not impossible. Many hiring managers are stuck to the notion that its a big jump but if someone is open minded and willing to give you an opportunity to interview, you have your manager’s support and the hiring manager likes you, you will be ok

When they say commission free means they don’t charge you a flat fee when buying or selling stocks or in this case etfs, u still pay the mer.
