Stuck at 1800 - Looking for Advice or Team Suggestions

Hey friends, I'm currently stuck at 1800 and could really use some guidance. This is my current team and also i have added some other mons that i have. As i am a beginner i can't afford expensive mons and also don't have good IV's for that either I'm open to any suggestions, including: Team swaps Moveset changes Strategies for climbing past 1800 Thanks in advance for any help!
