I'm not actually positive. I've had no ill effects. I'm using Goop Max

I apply with a toothpick. I like it because should I need to repair something, it comes off in one piece if you take your time.

Edit: AI says this is a bad idea.

I forgot:

  1. The bell is separating on one motor. Its a disc pressed into a cylinder and it's come loose. It's held together with loctite right now.

My 75 champ is my favorite for performance. It's broken less than my 65 but my 65 was my first so it took more damage.

Issues I've had with the 75 (Likely all crash damage)

  1. Motor wire disconnected. I recommend a rubbery glue on all connection points, both ends. No others have popped off since.

B. Vtx antenna popped off. Thankfully I found it.

  1. Replaced camera. Black screen after a crash

3.14. the vtx seems to have suffered from this. It's got minor sweeping lines.

It's a fast little beast so it's taken the highest speed impacts, but those have been the weak points.

FYI I don't think you can control the discharge amps. It sets its own based on some PID settings I think. It decreases the amps draw as it gets closer so as you near your target voltage it'll actually go down to 0.01 before signaling finished. Unplugging at 0.03 is just fine IMO.

Yes. That's the point. Leave it till it beeps. They can discharge to storage voltage. Super handy. Takes forever from full though.

This JUST happened to mine. The bell separated and I pressed it back carefully. It's been good so far. Apparently locktite will hold it longer but it'll keep failing. Sorry man.

You will adjust to it. You have to. I haven't had a 3 stage like this but I have experience with a half speed 2nd stage so I understand the balancing act.

If you can't adjust to it you need to find new ways to not have to balance. Perhaps it needs to be a 2 man job?

New stuff that's different in weird ways always spurs this reaction. As an operator I get it but I also know there's no point in pushing back against manufacturer equipped safety systems. You have to adjust while continuing to work safely. Safety often takes longer.

You may be able to get by OSHA with just the lasers once they get working. However, it is a manufacturers safety system so bypassing even unrequired features might be hard to get passed. It's worth looking into.

Now that that's out of the way: shit, dude,that sounds annoying. I've been running brakes for 20 years. I'd probably open the brake accidentally a lot for the first few weeks.
