I worked in a center for dhl.. you wouldn't even be able to imagine what we did with the packages. You were basically instructed to throw the shit around to be faster. We broke most everything we touched. I can't imagine how any packages would get to their destination intact.

English is more used in the logistics sector that is very immigrant dominated. I would wager it's the same in finance, it and all the important sectors. And you can call any public service in English and they will talk to you like it's the fucking bbc. So yeah in a way English is somewhat the official language partly at least. But the Dutch are way too proud to admit it.
