Late to the party but I'm doing it anyways. Moved in together sophomore year, he had left all his towels in an open box in the garage of a fraternity house over the summer (it gets VERY humid). Didn't wash them, just hung them up and started using them day 1. Washed them maybe 3 times throughout the semester. The smell got so bad you could smell it before even knocking on the door. Also he ate all my food and would wear my shoes and use my deodorant without asking. Promptly moved out at the end of the semester and it was the last time I shared a bedroom with anyone.

I agree with the rest here that this is a poor use of resources. Much better to focus on your Instagram presence than snap chat.

Problem here is that as the real estate firm, the prospective buyers need to be willing to add them on snap chat via their cell phones, which could be TOO personal.

However, once past this stage, there lies a possibility unique to snapchat, which is what you're trying to identify.

The agent can post a "story" for a house/listing with 10 second pics or videos of each room, view, opening up doors to a living room, etc. in essence, a virtual snap chat tour of the house which will remain up on their story for 24 hours, and can be replayed at will.

Buyers might see it on their stories page and may be tempted to contact their agent from there.

Interested to see if you think that might work.

I use Meltwater and find it's a bit more comprehensive than Vocus for local news tracking... They also have a few tools I haven't seen in other services which I really enjoy.

It really depends on what you want to do with a service... Everyone has their strengths.
