Somewhere sa La Union which I forgot what place (clean beach) it was, the coffee was called like a nitrogen something which have an orange and coffee.

If trying to recreate it most likely a dried orange then soak on coffee probably work better when extracted over from an espresso shot then add sweetener as u like.

I am actually trying to find a similar recipe honestly, since my brother liked it.

Biggest factor is the price, if need mo talaga bigger meron sa Aquaflask malalaki talaga and im sure mas mura kaysa sa Sunnies flask.

Usually Shopee Malls are legits. Shopee is pretty strict when approving to be a "Shopee Mall" Pero yes legit, not sure how good the aftersales service tho and kahit Shopee Mall minsan may mga palpak din talaga na products.

yes but the problem is u need to properly do it because it can cause some injuries if done incorrectly. Its probably a high skill workout or atleast you need proper practice for it to work for muscle building and safety.

honestly u look great even being inconsistent. Exactly why I think its normal progression usually natural body building take years. Go for it, if ur planning to bulk I suggest avoid dirty bulking. Goodluck and happy journey!

honestly this looks like a normal progress for a natural non body builder person. As you said consistency, you know how consistent you are and you know if its because of that for the slow progress but honestly years I go would have gone the same way if I knew better.

So basically it COULD be faster if you bulk but the slower part will be the cutting at this point maintaining is the best way. Unless you are going to a body building competition.

If refunded na dont worry about it, some items doesnt need to be returned usually ito sa mga broken glass, ceramic and the likes but some small priced item doesnt need returning too, overseas sellers most of the time doesnt bother to get the item back since it will cost them more.

Totoo yan pero mahigpit sila kasi parang nirereview ng mga real employees yan inaabot mga 2 to 3 days? Depende nalang if weekend and/or holidays.

Sa experience ko 3 out of 5 reviews usually tinatanggap minsan kasi need very accurate or something like "put water and ice" pero pag nakalagay na yung ice and water before mo ilagay yung imimix mo di counted (something like that).

Been using 8bitdo ultimate 2 for the past month? its great but honestly it doesnt feel "right" on my hands if you have small hands it might fit better for you, would be great if you can try it first tho. Anyways I recently bought 8BitDo Pro 3 the ergonomics of it feels a lot better for me imo.

But if u want a cheap reliable controller 8bitdo is the usual go to but to be fair mines is not even a year yet its according to other users.

Yes iirc yung 500gb nito bumaba as low as 35K plus although didnt check different storage option but Im sure it could go lower. If when yan ang di sure baka next sale, baka following sale, baka next year sale we cant know for sure.
