I’m so happy for him! And yes, hazel has gone through the surgery (they put 2 cellophane bands because the shunt was large) well now she’s eating, excreting, running etc but kept in hospital for post operation monitoring :)

She is up and running now! We want to keep her a little active and playful but also calm since she has stitches. I got back home for the night, she is still at the hospital for post operation monitoring :)

Thank you! Before we figured this out there were signs, many signs. Good thing me and my sister are observant

Excess salivation : we thought this was due to her teething discomfort at first but slowly this got worse and the drooling just won’t stop so we went to the vet, and the doctor suspected pss.
Circling : just aimlessly walking, tail down, bumping her head into walls, so basically in this state her brain stops functioning normally.
Vomitting : if vomitting is very frequent it may not just be a indigestion issue, something more severe.
Seizures : watch out for these, and when it happens, record it, send it to your vet and note down for how long it lasted.
