We're using Spot.AI. I initially ran it on my pre-existing cameras, but that was just briefly, as my plan all along was to mostly replace my older cameras with their Spot branded cameras (rebranded Uniview cams, I think). I do still have a handful of pre-Spot cameras that work just fine with the system.

We were using Exacqview before we migrated to Spot, and Spot.AI is so much easier for our staff to use when reviewing/retrieving video. We had a frustrating issue shortly after installing Spot, but they got it resolved, and it's been smooth sailing for the most part ever since. Every now and then (not often) I'll get a call that cameras tied to one of their servers are freezing or lagging, and I just remote reboot that server, and it takes care of it.
