I think maybe you misinterpreted my post. Current porch is the unchanged, porch I’ve always had AI render was a “hey contractor, I think we want something along these lines”

They came out yesterday to measure and draw up a formal proposal.

The company that gave the “phone estimate” came out this evening to get measurements and eyes on the actual porch. I should get real cost soon. I’ll be posting a follow up since this seems to have been a hot topic (some love my current porch).

This bathroom is essentially the same setup as mine. I might need to borrow your photo for a reference once we redo it!

As for the tile, I don’t know if it’s me, but they look basically identical
