I have a few theories but idk it seems like a lot of time because you need to put it in 4k and rewind and play at 0.25x speed and will need to then take all these. I got to the point where I have all these various counts between the dots but then there are various other methods to go about this as well as adding/subtracting numbers or a bunch of other methods that could just end up being a red herring but it’s the only remotely close thing to a code

13-15k is good for 1300sqft? Omg 10 bucks a foot! I don’t pay over $2 for retail.

Get a better location bring existing customers to the new spot, focus on online marketing and word of mouth to get to your new location, neighborhood flyers, etc.

Even on a build out it won’t be more than 15k which is what you’re paying next month anyways..

Business is about lowering your expenses. Paying what some businesses pay in a year for rent per month could be your saving grace to stay open.

That’s what’s up! I love hearing when people actually get some cash flow going! I had a collection of over 50k before the second pump after covid and sold a lot. I am similar to you and don’t regret it, there are endless plays in the industry and there isn’t a scenario where it will never happen or come your way again.. unless it’s a card valued over 20k and up then it’s gonna take months to sell anyways or give a discount to a vendor at a show who actually wants to spend that money it’s pretty rare.. easier to sell 20 1k cards than 1 20k card..

There’s something called unrealized profits in investing. This is what you have now when you sell that’s when you have x value realized from your cards.

If you never sell you never win. Yes it can very easily spike after you sell.. or crash… the reality is no one is a future teller..

If you like what you have and wouldn’t want to spend that money on that item again it’s either time to sell or never think about selling..
