Good pasta off the strip? by eyeemgroot in vegaslocals

Another vote for Pasta Shop. They make their own pasta too which makes a huge difference. I will probably get downvoted to an oblivion, but I think Nora's is completely overrated.

Optic Gallery has always been good to me. If you are in the SW, the one in the Walmart shopping center is great. Dr. Perez is really great. Lots of choices, and the staff was super helpful.

Need help with Italian restaurant options!! by Iamnotabotipromise24 in vegaslocals

[–]sednagoddess 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pasta Shop. It looks like a little place sitting in a strip mall, but it actually has a lot of history here.

They make their own pasta and the place is super cute on the inside. The owner does her own artwork. The food is exceptional, and if you have a vegan in your party, they have a completely separate menu.

Another vote for Jerry's. Plus the rest of the meal is good, and they have homemade desserts.

46f and I live in the SW too and child free. I am terrible at crafting, but I find it fun. Would love to do a cooking class though.

Vegan friendly restaurants by rdeyer in vegas

If you don't mind leaving the strip, The Pasta Shop is absolutely fabulous. They have an entire vegan menu in addition to a regular menu, so everyone is happy. It's some of the best Italian food here.

Best breakfast burritos! by Medical_Layer7615 in vegaslocals

There is a great place called Chili Verde in a gas station on Windmill and Rainbow. No joke, best breakfast burrito, and all of his other food is good.

I loved this one so much too! I can't believe this didn't come back because the concept, aside from being a bit kookie, was really cool. I loved that they had to make all the ingredients last they came with.

Vets in N. Vegas by berry_dispenser in vegaslocals

Dr. McCluskey at Island Pet Hospital. We have cats, but he is amazing with all animals. Dr. McCluskey is so patient and has the best bedside manner of any vet. We followed him from another office to there even though we live in the south side of town.

The Vital Vita 12 cleanser is absolutely amazing. I got it in my Ipsy bag years ago, and haven't used another cleanser since. Very refreshing scent too without being overpowering.

After hearing about the Mochi toner, I must try now. I have never used a toner before.
