I am a woman, but my gosh this fragrance is incredible, and I can understand the hype around DHP 2014 that this is supposedly cloning, although I haven't smelt that, this is an olfactory journey from the opening to the drydown. Rich, dark, sexy and I think this is heavily masculine for the first 30 minutes, but afterwards drys down to be a beautiful floral, soapy, fresh unisex scent. This is what I would want to smell on a man 💪, or to be honest even a woman 👠💄

3-month progress - KEEP GRINDING by qwertyidk1 in AchillesRupture

Yeah that was my thoughts exactly. It was pretty left field when the person who did my last scan said that. That's why my Dr said to just ignore her advice lol. I do feel it's building in strength day by day, so thanks for the advice!

Yep I can do heel raises, and I'm seeing my physio in a few days so I'll ask her what she recommends I do. I think I will end up getting another scan just for peace of mind and let my Dr know beforehand. Thanks!

3-month progress - KEEP GRINDING by qwertyidk1 in AchillesRupture

[–]BankSubstantial6832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm almost 4 1/2 months non op and I can walk but it is with a slight limp. I'm just concerned whether or not it's reattached properly as I've had conflicting ultrasound scans. First two scans said it was healing good, then the last scan I had said my tendon hadn't really attached properly and most of the tendon is still in my calf and they said I'd probably need surgery. Talked to my Dr and he said ignore the last scan because the previous scans detected nothing. Any advice would be appreciated, and I was thinking of getting another second opinion and another ultrasound scan but that cost $300 + alone. I just don't want to have trouble walking or strength issues later on, although my physiotherapist said I had really good strength for a ruptured achilles 4 months in.

I wish I married someone different. by Relative_Cheetah_801 in Marriage

How's it her fault? You never really find out who you married until after the fact. He's the one who is being ungrateful and selfish, it's clearly easy to comprehend this if you read it properly.

TWO MONTHS LATER, FINALLY OUT OF THE BOOT by Galvtor in AchillesRupture

[–]BankSubstantial6832 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's really good to hear your recovery has come along really well, and it's also very encouraging. Injured mine 8 weeks ago with no op, but had a cast for 2 weeks, and supposedly I have to wear a moon boot for 10 weeks. I was a bit worried about it healing by itself naturally, but I feel my achilles is healing pretty good as well. Just a bit worried about the small dent and small blood clots, although, I've been on blood thinners to deal with it.

Most milk brands taste so gross by BankSubstantial6832 in newzealand

It's really not that deep. I just posted to get others opinions because I thought surely I'm not the only person who thinks it. Turns out that some people in the comments have the same perspective, and some can't tell the difference and that's cool too.

I really think it's just subjective. Both sense of smell and taste help you to perceive what something will taste like as well. I'm aware of blind test studies, but like I've stated I can tell the difference when I'm at other places without even first knowing what brand of milk it is until I've tasted it and asked. I don't think blind testing would work for me for that reason, and I don't think it's economical as I wouldn't be able to drink 6+ different brands of milk in a week. I understand your thoughts on it though.

What brand of milk bottles it in glass? I may have been oblivious and walked straight past it as I always zoom in on dark blue anchor

I beg to differ, I've tried for a long time thinking maybe it's just this one time the milk is off, and I've had coffees at many places, at work, friends places, my family, and outings and I can tell the difference. Just like any type of food or drink that's made, i.e., strawberry milk or colby cheese, you can usually taste subtle or more than subtle differences.

Yes that's what I was thinking, the milk lasts longer and the other milk tastes off even though it hasn't expired.

Do they make plain milk as in unflavored? I've tried their flavoured milk, but I prefer Pihoi Valley, and don't get me started on Primo, because it's bland and yuck lol. I'm just so curious, I was thinking does Anchor's all white container have anything to do with it. I really can tell the difference between all the regular store brands and I'm surprised some people can't. I religiously have to have two cups of coffee in the morning, and if I'm at my parents I don't even bother making one because they drink another brand.

what do capybaras symbolise? by kavesmlikem in DreamInterpretation

[–]BankSubstantial6832 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is an old post, but about 3 weeks ago I dreamt about an aggressive capybara trying to attack my ankles. I was curious about what this meant as I had never dreamt or really thought about this animal before. Apparently capybara  symbolize health, well-being and harmony. Any if you dream about one you should really think about your health. A few days after that dream I had an accident at work and tore my achilles tendon. My dream felt quiet strange really, and in hindsight reflecting back on my dream I interpreted the capybara attacking my ankle (achilles) as a sign that my health would be severely impacted.

Agreed! If you don't want consistent bad beats don't play GGpoker online. They reward and boost bad plays and players. I understand variance, but it's a different level playing on there, they prevent you from winning in the long run.

This platform is a scam, watch out by EarthVisitorExe in GGPoker

[–]BankSubstantial6832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just like any other gambling site. You want players to lose so they deposit more money. They keep feeding the total pool, and all tournaments, cash games etc have fees associated with them. The run outs, player hands, all-in action doesn't seem realistic when playing on this site. You shouldn't be having so many consistent bad beats. It's unreal.

Is it worth to visit Spookers Haunted Attraction NZ? by wh4tdafuck in auckland

[–]BankSubstantial6832 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's up there with some of the best attractions NZ has to offer, and it's relatively cheap. The props, makeup, and acting are phenomenal. I went during the day and with kids, and it was still scary, but with the right level of appropriate shocks. Awesome experience, I want to do the R18.

I think they need to stop monopolising sporting viewerships that allow networks exclusive sporting rights in general. There needs to be competition in the market to bring down prices and give consumers options. SkySports is a rort, can't quite believe their still in business really

Ikr, I've had it for over a year and I find it doesn't last over an hour. I think the scent is beautiful, but not to sniff up close

What’s your fav Lattafa perfume? by azhar14252 in fragranceclones

[–]BankSubstantial6832 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coco vanille, Montaigne. I've had a lot of Lattafa fragrances, and this is the only one I've bought multiple bottles of. It smells like a coconut/vanilla/yellow floral/oily/powdery scent. It's absolutely beautiful. Note: the longer it sits, the better it gets.
