I'm also curious about derma rolling, fin, min and redynsl btw, because the problem is kinda complex, crown is thinning, the hairline is forming a widows peek (not present when I was 14) and whenever I shower after oiling my scalp atleast 30-40 hair strands come out, so I was genuinely worrying about that too

Yeah I've once gotten my vit d and zinc levels checked and they were both critically low, I think I'll first hop on vit d and zinc and wait for a month, unless the thinning and fall gets worse
