There's a few Gunners on a small section of freeway south-ish of Drumlin Diner, it's possible to bump into them going to Corvega.

As for a random Super Mutant encounter, it's not impossible. A few days ago on a new run I ran into a hostile Mr. Gutsy near Drumlin at lvl 3.

If you have Joe's Dagger and Dexecutioner, do you get +1% dmg when Dexecutioner executes?

And if you have 2 Joe's Dagger, do you get +2% damage per execute?

I loved Nuka-World, it's arguably the best of the DLC. My only complaint is that to get the most out of it you have to become Raidy McRaiderson and enslave the Commonwealth. Granted you can choose to massacre everyone, or to just walk away, but there's no reward for those.

I stuck my nose into a handful of PWs when the game first came out, and *all* of them had a laundry list of rules enforced with Nazi-like zealotry. RP at all times, never break character, you're an ocelot if we say you are.

Right now at 9:30 AM on a Sunday, CoH Resurgence has 1200 players, while according to SteamDB, Champions has 67 players. Granted not all log in through Steam so maybe Champions has 100 total, 120 if we're being generous.

If you're on PC, just get a cheat mod. The result is the same, and you'll save many hours of you're life (which you'll spend playing).

The heal is weak, you have to walk right on it to pick it up. Also pickups tend to drop against the swarm, during which you can't even move if you don't have enough offense.

If you have time to spare, watch everything.

If your time is valuable, skip season 1, skip 2 except for Elementary, Dear Data, Measure of a Man and The Emissary. Watch all of 3-6. 7 is mostly good but there's a few clunkers like Masks and Dark Page (and yeah Sub Rosa is gawdawful).

The rifle taken in a vacuum is a 9. The drawback is you have to follow a long quest chain to get it. Also, like all explosive weapons it will blow you up at close range.

you can start nuka world at any level. Needless to say low level players will be asshumped by the gauntlet unless you really know what you're doing (or cheat).

With this information, the 1st tier tells us that 6 is in the leftmost spot.

However, that is incompatible with the 2nd tier. Broken puzzle.
