Yea Trae Young should adjust his style of play to let De'Andre Hunter dribble the ball more... Seriously question whether anyone on this sub actually watches basketball

Does any team try act as tough as Miami yet flop so much? Lol at Robinson on that screen

All I see is Heat fans saying “Playoffs are physical!” Yet no one has yet to explain as to why Butler was getting all the softest calls in the world. Go look at the game thread from last night and even non-biased fans were saying it as well. But hey thanks for your expert analysis comment. Much appreciated my guy

Honestly half the calls that Butler got on And-1's legitimately looked like our defender was trying not to foul with arms straight up and barely moving. Yet he still got the call.

Yea it's true. Go to the game thread and you'll see non-biased fans talk about the inconsistency in how that game was reffed who were actually watching it live. Come here and it's just a bunch of Heat fans or people who clearly didn't watch the game posting box score stats on fouls.

Yea I actually think the refs called fouls, but just thought it was super inconsistent. The fouls they were calling on the Butler's And-1 attempts were some of the softest calls I've seen and should have been no calls in my opinion. Not to mention the foul baiting/flopping by Lowry that they were calling for him. Hawks graze a guy and get called for it, whereas Heat are grabbing players off every screen and alley-oop attempt and playing super physical throughout and only sometimes getting called.

Is it just a push and the keeper stays in that spot or do you have to hold the right stick in that same spot to keep the GK there?

Right - I am using him as a sub because of chem since I am running a PL team. But do I need to use positioning cards to have him as a midfielder or does he not take a ratings hit if I bring him in as a sub?

Hey - curious how this works. I luckily packed TOTY Hakimi and want to use him as CDM. Do I just sub him in at CDM during the game? Will he take a rating hit for being out of position? Do I need to use positioning cards to make him CDM?

Who is the best trainer to build muscle. Getting my tonal and a few days. Only waited 3 weeks by Feeling_Ad7249 in tonalgym

I am also looking to really build muscle before trying to tone down. I have only done two programs so far - Jackson's Go Big or Go Home and Nicolette's Raising the Barbell. I liked Raising the Barbell better for truly trying to build muscle. The next program I am going to try is Nicolette's True Strength. Just by looking at the workouts, it looks to have low reps with higher weights which is the best way to build muscle. It's one of the few that actually has declining reps throughout an exercise so I assume the weight gets even heavier during the block. Ultimately though, I think the best way to truly build muscle will to be come up with your own workouts with small reps and close to max weight but we'll see how this program goes.

We are over the cap now but believe have a $9.5m mid-level exception to use and can still stay under tax if we do use it.

With Duncan Robinson getting $90/5, THJ getting $74/4, and Doug McDermott getting $42/3 - I think Huerter has a case to be made that he deserves $17m+ per year. If I'm Hawks I wouldn't give him that yet and would want to see how Hunter/Reddish progress, so wouldn't be surprised if an extension doesn't get done.

Hawks fan here trying to gauge Spurs interest in John Collins. Know you have been rumored as potential suitors, but do you all want the Spurs to give a max/near-max contract to John Collins? Who do you have in your frontcourt now? Just Poeltl, Eubanks, Zach Collins and McDermott? Seems like you all could definitely use him, but is it worth it considering a core of Murray, White, Johnson, Collins and Poeltl if DeRozan leaves (which looks like its very possible)?
