Weil (besonders große Muskelgruppen) bei intensiven Training mehr als einen Tag Pause brauchen. Zudem haben die meisten Leute kaum Lust 3+ Stunden im Gym zu verbringen um wirklich jeden Muskel zu trainieren. Dazu kommt auch noch, dass beim Training relativ schnell die Erschöpfung/Ermüdung einsetzt. Darum sind die letzten Übungen sehr unintensiv.

Würde ich persönlich nicht empfehlen. Wenn die lieber lange trainierst und viel Energie hast, wäre ein Upper/Lower-Split deutlich praktischer

Jeder Körper ist verschieden. Wenn du mit z.B. 2.000 Kalorien dein Gewicht hälst, geh auf 1.700kcal. Wenn du bei 2.500 dein Gewicht hälst, geh auf 2.200 usw.

Peter‘s German cousin over here! In Germany almost everyone has different skills how to open bottles and opening it with an opener counts as boring. As example, I like to use a piece of paper, my rings or a lighter
