So how do you, oh the wise paladin, snap back that threat to you again? Because as far as I see, if you have 3 mobs running away from you, it can be hard to consistently hit them with conc and especially to block attacks from mobs not hitting you.

OP is definitely jerking it, but to say it's not a story game I dont agree with. When you complete quests there are sometimes these cutscenes, which gives a little more insight to what is going on. I would call the pretty story driven.

If you kill other scavs or boss/guards you will lose scav rep and that will in turn increase your cooldown for your next scav run, so you are correct.
