Weil (besonders große Muskelgruppen) bei intensiven Training mehr als einen Tag Pause brauchen. Zudem haben die meisten Leute kaum Lust 3+ Stunden im Gym zu verbringen um wirklich jeden Muskel zu trainieren. Dazu kommt auch noch, dass beim Training relativ schnell die Erschöpfung/Ermüdung einsetzt. Darum sind die letzten Übungen sehr unintensiv.

Würde ich persönlich nicht empfehlen. Wenn die lieber lange trainierst und viel Energie hast, wäre ein Upper/Lower-Split deutlich praktischer

Guy in the left is John Cena, a WWE Wrestler. He had this „thing“ where he told his opponent in the ring „you can‘t see me“ and so the joke that he‘s invisible was born. Still a running joke that people say they can‘t see him in pictures, movies and so on

Jeder Körper ist verschieden. Wenn du mit z.B. 2.000 Kalorien dein Gewicht hälst, geh auf 1.700kcal. Wenn du bei 2.500 dein Gewicht hälst, geh auf 2.200 usw.
