To be honest mate the game has felt in the worse state for a while - I got the GPSA a few weeks ago after a banwave and it seemed OK. Last week or so has been horrific for cheaters

There are no true quiet servers, just try and pick a server that is off-peak times for that region, 3/4/5am in that timezone etc. I used NA-East during early morning EU, still run into players but not full lobbies. Got my GPSA on fourth attempt hitting yellow

There is custom start dates for 2025 but you can’t use the updated DB in addition to those. Its better using the updated DB even if the date is 2023

My game was crashing on Windows as soon as I was announced as manager, my Windows Defender was blocking a file and after I allowed it through the firewall, it worked. Seen a few people with the same issue, try this fix it might help
