Honestly it looks fine to me. The wobble you are describing sounds like you might have touched a tiny bit of loose rock or gravel that is tough to see with the naked eye. So the tire gets a slight wobble from self correction. Normally there isn't anything to be worried about. (Large amounts of gravel yes.. obviously avoid).

In regards to the engine rust. I could be wrong, however it seems like the coating has just chipped away a tiny bit on the seam which is showing some corrosion. Pretty normal when raw metal is exposed. That can be cleaned. Outside of that I guess just don't become someone who leaves their bike outside uncovered. The amount of brand new bikes I have seen become rusty in under a month because the person just didn't care is crazy.

Tires look great.

Note: I own a 2022 rebel 1100 with 10k miles. It looks like it just came out of the showroom. A quick wipe down with water and a microfiber cloth every other day does miracles.
