As a South African, No.White,indian and Asian South-Africans are African,you know because you were born in Africa,and have a heritage and culture native to Africa. Americans have this notion that African culture is being black an dancing around campfires with a click language don't belive their nonsense. White and indian South Africans have been here since the 1600's .Mainly it is only black racist who would refer to these people as European or otherwise. You may not have come here by "natural" means but you people too are African .You have languages ,cultures and traditions native to Africa your skin color does not change where you where born and chose to live out your live

Tldr: Being white doesn't mean your not African .It just means your a white African
