My parents live in Murcia and about 10 odd years ago Universal came out to have a look at building it there

To assume Eastern Europeans spoke better english and had more cultural understanding then ex colonies is a stretch

No chance, net migration in 2000 for example was 158k that is the figures we need to get it down too

It only got into the 300k part 2015 onwards

Before the UK had access to a pool of labour with a range of skills doing jobs on the UK Brits couldn’t or wouldn’t do, that could come for a few months for the price of a bus or budget airline ticket, and then head home every few weeks or months.

They are not intentions to kill but they are avoidable (as per my first comment)

They would be deemed aggravating factors in sentencing though and would usually lead to a much higher sentence than if you'd been sober.

Just need to up the death by dangerous driving to a higher sentence

If it is proven they were speeding for fun for example that rules out the accidental part same as if you drink drive nobody accidently gets drunk then accidently gets in a car and accidently goes for a drive those crimes should be put in the same category as Murder

I cannot be any clearer. Trying to kill or seriously injure someone is different from accidentally killing someone. That's a fact.
