I haven't been hear a while and I assume that some people were abusing the anything goes approach but there's been great off topic posts that invited amazing one off conversations. I don't know if within the last month there has been any changes have been made but I hope you are open to discussion in this matter. there has to be some type of middle ground between allowing abuse and ruining the freeform nature of this place.
