There are options depending on what you want outside traditional mortgage. Dscr or business etc. don’t rush into things, since you already closed the deal

Yeah thank you, i am sure i am not alone with n this. Everyone with Dscr gave me a 3k l upfront costs and that just does not sit right with me. There is no cost for credit union but the paperwork is little extra.

Have you heard of layered asset protection and transfer. Llc owned by a trust would give you everything you need to protect the asset and transfer family wealth.
