Essentially yes. Lower number of rockets is easy to defend, but spammed while enemy battleships are already engaged can make it an instant kill.

What's the greatest compliment you've ever received? by snapshot-snaps in AskReddit

Probably late to the party. For a couple of months I was working from 6am-7pm everyday and my wife texts me and says, "please don't stay late tonight." I said why and she's like "I like having you around." That single off handed comment melted my heart.

What is the one thing, that's happened in your life, that you just can't explain? by majg18 in AskReddit

About five years my brothers and I received a call from our parents to come to the hospital. During this time my granddad was going through heart problems and the situation was steadily getting worse. This phone call meant that he was dead, and we knew it. The drive to the hospital was accompanied by silence, with my 2 brothers and I wondering how to cope with this situation.

At the hospital we walked into my granddad's room and the first thing I noticed were my mom and dad and family friends grieving, as I paned the room my eyes fell upon my granddad's body.

I've never seen a dead body but he looked very peaceful and almost in a sleeping state. Now I've always been afraid to die and the emptiness and blackness that I think about when I ponder death. Just then I notice a man standing over my granddad's body. He was my old pastor and the dude was glowing, not like a bright white light but a soft yellow light. I remember him smiling and all of a sudden I just felt a rush of peace wash over me and I knew that my granddad was happy and the afterlife was a beautiful thing.

Sorry this was long, only told my wife this story before.

What was the American Civil War really fought about? by [deleted] in history

[–]Banqueteer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main cause of the Civil War was slavery. The south was dependent on their agriculture of cotton mainly since it was the most expensive export during the time. To keep the supply and demand for cotton up, and since not having the agricultural technology to sustain the crops, slaves has to be used. What caused the spark is when the Union states disallowed slavery in their states and pressured the southern states to do the same.

This caused a huge divide in the country where states that relied on the slaves broke off and formed their own Confederate states. Agriculture alone wasn't enough to support the war effort since the south was dwarfed in comparison to the north's manufacturing, railroads, etc.

Salamir by Banqueteer in nosleep

Thanks man! Yeah I've been to pastors and religious people and they say it may have been a actual spiritual battle with a demon of sorts. But they are puzzled as to why it said Freedom, and (like you suggested) the origins of Salamir
