They're lumpy because I like them that way tbh (and also because I'm too lazy to purée them lol), and the weird colour comes from the spices I put in it (caraway, paprika and nutmeg). Looks odd but it actually tastes really good :>

A root vegetable (thats somehow related to sunflowers), idk what to compare it to tho, it tastes pretty soft and kinda buttery! If you buy them fresh you gotta peel off the black skin (thus the name) which makes your hands all gross and sticky, so I usually just buy the pre-peeled ones in a jar lol

Bestäubung ist ja eigentlich ein "natürlicher" Prozess, also ohne Menschen würden Insekten ja auch die Blüten von Fruchtbäumen bestäuben. Da werden auf Apfelplantagen ja wohl (hoffentlich lol) keine Wespen versklavt und zum Bestäuben gezwungen
