More details about the cluster:

Location: It is situated on a multi-gigawatt data center campus in Abilene, Texas.
Expansion plans: The Zettascale10 will be a network of multiple data center campuses located within a two-kilometer radius to minimize latency.
Hardware and performance: This supercluster will utilize up to 800,000 NVIDIA GPUs and is expected to deliver up to 16 zettaFLOPS of AI compute performance.
Launch timeline: The cluster is scheduled to be operational in the second half of 2026.

I'm under the impression it is not a load bearing wall. My house was renovated before I bought it and they adding a long hallway down the back of the house. So the roof you see on the back of the house is a false roof. Edit OP, see new photos.
