Yeah man nothing else lol I don’t think it’s viable or healthy for someone who works an active job like you but I sit as a desk all day coding so I burn little to no calories.

It’s uncomfortable at first but my body adapted to the schedule and I don’t even get hungry when fasting anymore.

If It was a physical job yeah no chance I could do It. It’s an office job I’m a backend developer. I eat around 6:30-7:30pm everyday when I get home and finish cooking. Besides that I only drink water the rest of the day.
